The Bears didn’t score their first touchdown of the 2019 season until there was one minute left in the third quarter of their second game.

David Montgomery was the first player to run it in for six, notching a goal-line carry en route to the first touchdown of his NFL career. While the moment was an important one that helped the Bears take the lead late, fans of the team can only hope that it doesn’t take that long for them to score a touchdown again this season.

With Chicago heading to Detroit to take on the Lions this Sunday, I asked you all on Twitter which Bears player you think will be the first to score a touchdown in the 2020 season.

Which #Bears player do you think will score the team’s first touchdown of the 2020 season?

My guess is Jimmy Graham. Once a red-zone situation comes up, I expect him to be heavily targeted.

I went with free agent addition Jimmy Graham, as I felt that his value in the red zone could come in handy down the stretch.

Fellow tight end and rookie Cole Kmet was a popular choice, as well.

Another rookie, wide receiver Darnell Mooney, was also an option multiple people chose for the prompt.

A couple of the people really went outside the box with some creative answers.

The Bears will get into the redzone and Nagy will have a trick play dialed up. Trubisky will score the bears first TD on a reception. Let’s get weird https://t.co/cIhhghi1eX
