Even when the name is as basic as this one- Lucky Club, still it sounds intriguing enough for us to investigate the establishment a bit closer. After all, lucky as it can be, there’s always that question from whose perspective is it? Casino's or players'?
At this point, we are positive that we inspired you to immerse yourself into speculations, which is why we invite you to join us in the detective mission. How about we check out payment, games, bonuses and all the other aspects and see what this parlor has to offer?
Game Selection and Software
If you feel like checking out something that’s rarely seen on market, Lucky Club has got something for you. Being among the rare hubs from our well-packed selection on online entertainment brands that are supported by that platform, this parlor offers a modest but noteworthy suite of slot games developed by NuWorks.
Believing that “true bonds extend far beyond the office walls”…
…the team promotes “storyteching” as an innovative philosophy and concept. Using creative technology, their idea is to tell moving human stories. The software gives a new approach to typical online gaming and opens up a world of possibilities like 5 jackpots on a single slot.
Though far away from calling it a gigantic library, the hub most certainly hosts unique content which offers new graphics and gameplay. What characterizes all of them is diversity in topics, which means all types of punters can find something to meet their taste. Lucky Club describes those as “deluxe gaming experience with superb slots”, which already sounds intriguing.
If you are interested in checking out their releases, the registration in the establishment is required. It’s cost-free and it takes several quick and simple steps to fulfill it.
Bonuses and Promotions
Greeting the players with “Welcome to the Capital of Online-Entertainment”, the section with promos and bonuses actually doesn’t look so impressive as one may conclude from such a grandiose introduction. At least not in terms of the number of packages.
The introductory offer…
…brings a collection of four bonuses, each of them to be redeemed in the consecutive order, starting with the first one. At the moment of reviewing the venue, we found three more promos, which indeed look good with all the possibilities they bring.
Searching through Terms and Conditions (which is why we ask you to do the same thing before you join any betting shop), we found the following:
“Every time you wager $10 in bets on any game, you earn 1 Comp Point,100 Points = $1. (except for Game of the Month where you can Double your Comps and only have to wager $5 in bets). The minimum amount of Comp Points that can be redeemed is 100. VIP customers earn more comp points for every wager made, according to the player's VIP group.”
For those who like to be rewarded for their loyalty, they can join the scheme, and collect the points in more than the simple way. For those who are into competitions, the venue has got them as well, offering the unique chance to participate in slot events and get some rewards.
Payment Methods
Diversity is the most suitable word to describe their selection of transaction methods. Knowing that consumers appreciate the possibility to choose among several different banking methods, they offer both common payment options, in forms of cards or e-wallets as well as for cryptocurrencies (bitcoin, litecoin, bitcoin cash).
The expected processing time for requests varies between 2 and 10 days, depending on the method selected. As stated on their page, the weekly limit for withdrawal is $10,000. On the other hand, they have a slightly higher than the average amount for cash-out.
The rules say that the withdrawals can be made via the same method used for depositing, if possible, with the management reserving the right to change so.
Compatibility Overview
Though the platform itself can be activated even on portable devices as it supports all major operating systems as well as various types of mobile gadgets. However, do know that quality is not the same as on its desktop counterpart. You can access the entire lobby with releases and all the features sections, but they don’t look as well-arranged as when you access the site on your computer.
Perhaps this is the aspect that requires a bit of improvement, as the prevailing number of consumers access their favorite games while on the move. As our entire universe spins around a small device in our hands, it’s only natural that the demand for top-quality is higher than before.
Customer Service
Proudly offering 24/7 support, the team points out that “the Client always comes first”. You can reach the highly-skilled team either by e-mail or phone, they are ready to answer all the questions and resolve the issues if there are any.
What comes as a pleasant surprise is…
…the option to get in touch with the support team by using Skype. This service is rarely seen in venues, which is a huge plus for the service. Moreover, there’s an FAQ page with some quick instructions on registration and depositing.
Overview
Our detective mission has reached its final point…
…and we need to collect all the impression and give the final verdict. The collection of games is rather small, but definitely unique, which already makes them stand among the crowd.
Banking options and customer service also look decent, and the fact that the hub offers several promotional packages. Loyalty scheme and competitions undoubtedly make great additions.
With the overall positive impression, we could mark this one as worth visiting. There’s always some room to make slight changes and improvements, all for the sake of being more visible in the industry and gain more audience.
After all, those slight alterations make the difference between worth visiting and must-visit place.
CLOSED
I am back with another one of my brutally-honest online casino reviews for
you all! This time, I am excited to take a look at Lucky Club Casino. Why am I
so excited? Well, I really don’t know much about this casino, which is always a
good place for me to start. I also haven’t used this casino software very often,
so I am excited to get a full, detailed playing session in for this review.
Finally, when I first looked at the homepage, I was kind of stunned by the
simplicity of it. At first, I thought this was a crappy design, but then I
thought to myself that maybe I have been looking at graphics-rich sites for so
long that my vision was blurred.
First impressions aside, it was time to see if Lucky Club casino left me
feelin…well, lucky. Let’s jump right in.
Ratings Breakdown
Overall
This casino squeaks into the category of sites that I would recommend to my
readers, and that is only by the skin of their teeth. I think there is so much
more that this casino can do with very little extra effort, but I wonder if the
owners are more focused on their other brands. At any rate, some small fixes and
more attention to detail would go a long way to improving my rating for Lucky
Club Casino.
Game Variety
The games at Lucky Club come from NuWorks, which clearly either has a direct
relationship with RealTime Gaming or has stolen from them. Either way, the
casino does not offer all the games that RTG clients are given, and when you
factor in that many table games are missing from the Flash version, this is
about the highest score I can give the site.
Banking
For a US-facing site, the overall set of payment options is pretty decent.
Non-American players can take advantage of e-wallet solutions, which means they
will probably be paid in a much faster timeframe. I am surprised that the owners
haven’t opted for Bitcoin for banking, but perhaps it is going to add that as
the cryptocurrency becomes more stable.
Bonuses
The promotions area of the Lucky Club offering leaves a lot to be desired.
While there is a generous welcome bonus and several much smaller ongoing
promotions, there should be much more to offer a player, especially when there
does not appear to be a VIP program. At the very least, the company should offer
the tournaments that it has a full set of terms and conditions about on the T&C
page!
Customer Service
Well, this site has an excellent support department, which is good because my
guess is that you are going to have some questions when you are playing! I wish
the site had an FAQ section to deal with the simpler, more general questions,
but I can live without it. As for contacting the casino, you can choose from
several real-time methods which should connect you with an agent pretty quickly.
User Interface
This is not the prettiest website you will ever encounter in the online
casino world, that’s for sure. However, while the site lacks in the way of
modern design, it is refreshingly low in the number of banner ads promoting
things you already know just by being on the site itself. I think the design
could use a bit of an overhaul, but I would much rather the company spend money
on promotions and content than on the look and feel.
Mobile Compatibility
While the games I was able to play from my mobile device played with
excellent speed and quality, I was dismayed by how few games were in the lobby.
The mobile platform is only browser-based, which limits the games to the same
titles as those in the Flash version for the PC. This is pretty disappointing,
especially if you like to play table games.
The Basics About Lucky Club
Lucky Club Casino is one of those brands that you may have seen over the
years. It originally launched all the way back in 2008, but it has changed
ownership a couple of times and is now owned and operated by Jackpot Capital
Group. This is good news for players, as it seems the ownership group is stable
and offers more than one brand, thus making it hopefully more secure in the long
run.
Lucky Club is licensed from the country of Curacao, which as you likely know
from reading my reviews is not my favorite gaming jurisdiction. While companies
do indeed have to go through some due diligence to get this license, ultimately
all the Curacao Gaming Commission is worried about is receiving their license
fees on an annual basis. This is a very operator-friendly jurisdiction, so I
wouldn’t count on much help, if any, should you have an issue arise with the
casino.
As far as who is not allowed to play at this site, the list is pretty short.
UK players are not welcome, nor is any US state that currently has its own
online gambling legislation. Aside from that, everyone else is welcome to open a
Lucky Club account and start playing the games.
The Casino
As with all my reviews, I like to do my research on the company background
without reading any other reviews of the site. For me, going into each review
with an open and clear mind allows me to be as honest as I can when I am testing
the games. So, after researching the first part of this review, I was ready to
create an account, make my initial deposit, and get right into the action.
Software
The first thing I look for when starting to play at any casino is the company
providing the games. Within seconds of finding out that information, I am able
to get a sense of what kind of playing experience I am headed for when I select
a game in the lobby.
Lucky Club Casino offers games from a vendor by the name of NuWorks. Now,
this one came as a bit of a shock to me for a couple of reasons. First, I hadn’t
heard anything about this company before this review, and they appear not to
have a corporate website. The other thing I noticed is how the games in the
lobby at Lucky Club look like games from RealTime Gaming, another US-friendly
supplier of games.
After doing a little more digging, it would appear that NuWorks is an
offshoot of RTG, although there is no actual proof of this to be found on the
RTG site. Regardless, the games are very similar, so if you like the RTG games,
then I think you will find this offering satisfactory.
Slots
While I am more of a fan of tables games and video poker, I like to start my
reviews of most casinos with the slots catalog. This isn’t because I want to get
them out of the way – in fact, it is the opposite. This is the area of a casino
where an operator can show off the most diverse content, so it takes a little
more time to evaluate.
The slots at Lucky Club are excellent, but of course, since most of them
share the same look and feel as RealTime Gaming’s catalog, this should come as
no surprise. The games are fast, and the sounds are not intrusive at all (you
can actually turn them off if you want), and this all lends itself to an
excellent player experience.
Given the amount of branded content you can find in the casino world these
days, I am surprised that there aren’t more slots with names from the
entertainment world. Regardless, what you will find here are over 50 different
titles, including these that I have highlighted for you below:
- African Skies
- Alaskan Sun
- Ancient Wonders
- Babushka
- Bank Bandit
- Batter Up!
- Big Rig
- Birdy Bucks
- Caesar’s Treasure
- Cool Pool
- Crystal Ball
- Dogzilla
- Duel in the Deep
- Elf 8s
- Enchanted Beauty
- Eye of Ra
- Fangtastic
- Fire Wind and Water
- Greek Goddess
- Haunted Hotel
- Head Hunter
- Martian Mania
- Moby Duck
- Monster Millions
- Persian Queen
- Private Eye
- Red Riding Hood
- Samba!
- Santa 7’s
- Silk Caravan
- Silver Bells
- Stagecoach
- Stone Age Cash
- Sword of the Samurai
- The Champ!
- The Duck Ages
- The HEAT Is On!
- The Three Stooges: Disorder in the Court
- Triple Bonus Bucks
- Watchdog
- Wild in Rio
- Win Big!
- Winning Shot
- Wonderland
Video Poker
Now that I am done with the review of the slots (by the way, I had a terrible
session and left a lot of money on those machines), it is time to look at my
favorite game: video poker. To me, there is no better combination of skill,
luck, and speed than this game. If you haven’t played video poker before, you
should really give it a try. We have a full section about video poker that will
help you understand the games and the odds of winning at one of these machines.
The video poker selection at Lucky Club, while not as numerous as many of the
other casinos I have reviewed, still provides players with a few excellent
titles. You can also play the majority of these games in single- or multi-hand
versions, increasing the level of excitement with every draw of the cards!
You can search for the elusive royal flush with any of the following video
poker titles at this casino:
- Jacks or Better
- Deuces Wild
- Joker Poker
Table Games
Okay, this is where this review started to go off the rails for me, if I am
being honest. I originally tested the games by using the instant-play version of
the casino. This allowed me to register and play the games without having to
download anything to my laptop. After playing slots and video poker, I wanted to
get in a great session of table games in order to see what level of quality I
would find.
Well, what a shock to find only ONE TABLE GAME in the Flash version of the
casino. Blackjack. That’s it. I was sure this was an error, so I kept poking
around. Nope. Nothing. Nada. Just blackjack. This is ridiculous. So, I
downloaded the casino to see if there was anything different, and sure enough, I
found a handful more table games available.
One glaring omission is roulette, even though I know at some point they had
it, as it is listed as a game in their bonus terms and conditions. Look, I have
no idea why a casino would choose to offer so few table games, and I respect the
decision, but since more players access casinos in a no-download format, it just
seems dumb that they don’t offer all the available games in both formats. At any
rate, after the anger went away, I did have a good session playing the blackjack
game. Overall, while they are woefully short in numbers, the quality of the
games isn’t horrible.
Banking Options
Seeing that Lucky Club Casino is open to players from basically all over the
world, you would expect a long list of payment options. There are a few choices
for depositing and withdrawing, but not nearly as many as I would have expected.
American players will find it a bit of a tease that you see Skrill and Neteller
logos, given that you can’t use those methods from the US anymore. At least
there doesn’t appear to be any fees charged for either deposits or withdrawals
from the site, so that is a nice touch.
Deposit Options
- American Express
- Bank Wire Transfer
- EcoPayz
- Visa
- Direct Money Transfer
- Skrill
- Mastercard
- Neteller
- Paysafecard
- Ukash
- MypaylinQ
Withdrawal Options
- Bank Wire Transfer
- ECO Card
- Neteller
- Ukash
- Overnight Express

Bonus Promotions
Well, if the games are decent, and the banking options are enough to get by,
what will the promotions look like at this casino? I tend to pay a significant
amount of attention to the offers that come from the marketing department of an
online casino. This is a highly competitive industry, so how a site entices you
to become a player and retains you is crucial to the bottom line of the
operation. I checked out the promotions page of the site, and here is what I
found.
Welcome Bonus
I always start with the welcome bonus, mainly because I am a player, and I
make deposits at every casino I write about. The welcome offer at Lucky Club
claims to give you up to $2222 in bonuses. This is split over 3 deposits, which
looks like this:
- Deposit 1: 200% to $300
- Deposit 2: 150% to $700
- Deposit 3: 100% to $1,200
There is also a bonus of $22 cash after you make your third deposit.
Overall, I am not against sites that stagger bonuses over a series of
deposits. However, I doubt many of you will be able to earn all these bonus
dollars, so don’t stress over trying to make a massive first few deposits.
I checked the terms and conditions mainly because there is no information
about the details of the bonus on the promotions page. Everything is pretty
standard, and the wagering requirement to earn the full bonus is 30x the sum of
the deposit and bonus. This is on the high side compared to other sites I have
reviewed, but it isn’t the worst I have found along the way.
25% Cashback
This offer seemed a bit too good to be true – unlimited 25% cashback with no
withdrawal limit. As it turns out, it is a bit more complicated than that.
First, you need to have made a deposit without using a bonus code – if you
accept a deposit bonus, you are not qualified to get cashback. Next, the money
you receive in cash back is subject to a10x rollover before you can withdraw it.
That is actually fine with me, as this is free money; the casino shouldn’t just
let you walk away with it all.
VIP Program
Well, I wanted to write something about this, but there is simply no
information about the VIP or loyalty programs at Lucky Club on the website. You
would think with a name like this casino has, having a VIP club would be a
no-brainer. I remain hopeful that this is a design error on the website and that
there is, in fact, a VIP mechanism. However, until I find those details, I
cannot review them, so I have to give the casino a low score for that.
Mobile Compatibility
When I review a casino, I look in detail at the mobile offering. These days,
more players are likely to access the games from a phone or tablet, so how a
casino presents itself on a mobile device is very important.
I ask two questions when reviewing the mobile compatibility of a casino site:
- What type of mobile offering does the casino have?
- Are all the games available for mobile play?
When looking at Lucky Club, I already had my concerns based on the
differences in the PC version of the games. My fears came true when I looked at
the site from my phone. You can indeed play games right from your mobile device.
However, it is a no-download version of the casino in the mobile browser. This
means that you are limited to the games that are offered in the Flash version of
the PC games. Again, I cannot quite figure out why this is the case – a casino
should want to promote as many games as possible via as many channels as are
available.
There is no native app of Lucky Club Casino available for either iOS or
Android devices, so you are limited to what you can find from your browser. At
least the quality of the mobile games is decent, even if it is limited in
selection.
Customer Service
Another admission at this point in the review: I was pretty disappointed
overall with my experience so far. Now, that doesn’t mean that the site is no
good. It just means that for someone who plays and writes about casinos every
day, I could have had a better experience.
I went to the support section of the site wondering what I would find. I did
have a couple of questions for support (I decided not to ask about the
differences between the download and Flash versions), and I was pleased to find
multiple options for contacting the casino. First of all, there is a live chat
box available on the bottom right-hand corner of every page of the website. When
I clicked on it, I was met by an agent within seconds. That agent was able to
answer my general question correctly and quickly.
You can also reach the casino by telephone or by Skype, which is a nice,
modern touch from this brand. If you want to explain your issue in detail, I
suggest you use the email address provided by the site.
Summary
How do I properly summarize my time reviewing Lucky Club Casino? Well, let’s
start by saying that this casino isn’t for everyone, but it is for some! There
are some decent games available in the lobby, and even though I can’t quite
figure out the relationship between NuWorks and RealTime Gaming, there is
definitely one there. The registration process is simple, and it was pretty easy
to add funds to my account. I would say that despite my concerns (of which there
were plenty), I don’t think this is a casino that will go rogue, and sometimes
that is all a player needs to hear to make their decision.
I would say that if you are more into a simple interface with a smaller
selection of games, and you want to download a casino to your laptop or PC, then
this would be a good casino for you. Those of you who are more seasoned and are
looking for expanded content or a mobile-first platform would be better served
reading some of my other reviews. You should be able to find an option that
works for you regardless of where you currently reside.
FAQ
What if I live in Washington and want to play here? What are my options?
Lucky Club Casino Review
You don’t really have any. My suggestion to you is that you focus on sites
where you can play rather than trying to find a way around the system to get
into this site. There are plenty of sites open to all American players for which
I have written reviews – I think you should head to the review section and read
a few of them.
Why is there no app for this casino?
Well, to be fair, the majority of the players likely come from the US, and to
date, this has been a problem for those who like to gamble on their phones.
Apple and Google have been reluctant to allow real money gambling apps onto
their devices in countries where online gambling is not legal, so this means
there is no reason for Lucky Club to focus on building an app.
Why was my deposit rejected?
Lucky Club Casino Instant Play
This is again most likely due to where you reside, and more importantly where
your bank is based. American banks have technically not been allowed to process
online gambling transactions since 2006, although some manage to sneak through
via processors that are based offshore. If you are having trouble using a credit
card to deposit here, look at the other options and find one that is the most
convenient for you. Also, it is very likely that you will receive a call or
email from the support department when you have a failed transaction. These
sites value the deposit attempts from players, and they will do anything they
can to help the process along for you.
